They establish open communication, coach and mentor their team members, resolve conflicts, and promote teamwork. They set clear expectations, conduct performance evaluations, collect feedback, and give due recognition to boost the team's motivation and job satisfaction

Requirement:

• Diploma or degree in any discipline
• Min. 3 years experience in the industry. Management experience preferred.
• Sales and customer relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve common goals.
• A passion for education and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
