Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing job offer letters.
2. Employee Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and organizing introductory sessions.
3. Record Maintenance: Maintain employee records, ensuring all employment-related data (contracts, PTO, sick leaves, etc.) is accurate and up-to-date.
4. Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment in compliance with labor regulations.
5. Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-provided benefits.
6. Policy Implementation: Help implement HR policies, procedures, and systems, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
7. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
8. Training and Development: Support the planning and execution of training and development programs.
9. Performance Management: Assist in the performance review process, coordinating schedules and compiling necessary documentation.
10. Compliance: Ensure HR practices are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
11. HR Reporting: Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations, including turnover rates, hiring status, and other key HR metrics.
12. Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate HR-related events, such as team building activities, health and wellness programs, and staff meetings.
