The Behavioural Insights Centre of Excellence in SUSS is seeking a qualified research executive to support the study of “Development and Validation of a Platform Worker Occupational Well-being Indicator Tool”. The approach to this project will be through interviews, and surveys. This is a 1 Year contract (Convertible) role. They are located at Buona Vista – Walking distance from the MRT station.

Requirements:

Job Description:

• Liaise with 3PL on all logistic arrangement/ issue for incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure on time delivery.
• Perform monthly stock balance reconciliation for consignment stock to Singapore distributor/ Ecommerce enabler.
• To monitor, coordinate and perform inventory-related transactions in ERP system.
• Process and follow up customer PO in APAC regions, including billing invoice, credit note and verify customer PO pricing, and highlight any discrepancy to sales.
• Follow up with finance of payment completion.
• Maintain shipping records, including providing tracking or shipping history information to customer on request.
• Ensure all shipping documentation and authorities approvals are in order prior the shipment of products.
• Generate reports for internal management team and external customers, ie: inventory reports, accurate weekly sales reports, etc.
