As a line cook, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes according to our high standards, and margining a clean and organised workspace. We are seeking individuals with a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering quality food.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Blu Kouzina’s recipes and standards

- Ensure food quality and consistency during service

- Maintain cleanliness and Organization of the kitchen station

- Assist in ingredient preparation and inventory management

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations

- Follow all health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

- Passion for cooking and food

- Some experience as line cook or a similar role preferred

- Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced enviroment

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Passion for MEditerranean cuisine is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Involve in kitchen operations from food preparation to final production
• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping, peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc)
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained
• Manage kitchen stock for daily operation and food cost control
• Ensure kitchen stock keep fresh and follow FEFO (first expired first out) standard
• Assist on month-end stock take
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
