JOB SUMMARY
You will be responsible for establishment and expansion of clientele, upholding quality service standards and branding initiatives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Establish new sales opportunities using various sales prospecting channels
• Respond to telephone / online catering enquiries
• You need to assist clients in menu selection and proposal
• Able to build and maintain good client relationship and rapport
• Actively brainstorming or creative ideas in improving catering services to clients
• Able to account for sales and profitability of event orders and ensure smooth operations of catering
• Coordinate with internal food production and logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of catering events
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• You must have a Diploma/Degree in Hotel and F&B Management or equivalent
• You must have at least 1 to 2 years of sales or business development experience in F&B / Catering / Hospitality experience
• You must have a passionate about customer service and sales activities
• Outgoing personality and highly motivated
Benefit:
• Commissions upon confirmation, range from $300 to $500.
