About the Role:

Role

Be a part of the Corporate Secretarial team leaders who work closely with and assist the Head of Department (“HOD”) to independently provide Corporate Secretarial services to clients. Requirements:

• ICSA qualified Chartered Secretary or equivalent related qualification with at least 5 years of relevant and related working experience. Prior work experience in a corporate service provider and understanding of Trusts will be advantageous
• Experience in public unlisted entities and non-profit organisations will be a plus
• Good knowledge of relevant provisions of the Singapore Companies Act and Practices, AML/CFT requirements of registered filing agents, ACRA Bizfile and e-stamping
• Proficient in MS Office Skills and familiar with Corporate Secretarial software such as Viewpoint is an advantage
