Summary

We are seeking to fill the role of General Manager, Corporate Finance and Special Projects. The ideal candidate is a highly strategic and results-oriented leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's corporate finance functions and leading high-impact special projects. Key Responsibilities

• Corporate Finance: Lead all aspects of corporate finance activities, including:
• Capital Markets: Manage equity and debt financings, including IPOs, M&A transactions, and other capital market transactions.

We are a dynamic software development company specializing in providing tailored internet solutions for e-commerce, finance, and other industries. We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our growing team.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for guiding business teams in ensuring profitability and maximizing KPIs, while creating applications with excellent user experiences. He / She will work closely with overseas client’s business teams, data analytics, and marketing, with help from the Director of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full Lifecycle Product Management:
   Oversee the entire lifecycle of the company's core products, including research, requirements analysis, feature design, project management, testing, and delivery. Ensure high-quality execution from concept to launch, with a primary focus on managing game finance-related products to meet market demands and deliver exceptional user experiences.
2. User Needs Discovery and Innovation:
   Deeply explore user needs within the game finance sector. Align with industry trends and company strategy to define product development direction and feature planning, driving business growth and enhancing user experience.
3. Data-Driven Product Optimization:
   Utilize operational data, user feedback, and market research to develop optimization strategies. Continuously iterate on the product to improve key metrics and user satisfaction.
4. Market Insights and Competitive Analysis:
   Stay updated on trends and competitors within the game finance industry. Analyze market dynamics to provide forward-looking suggestions for product development.
5. Experience Design and Interaction Improvement:
   Take charge of the product interface and interactions, optimizing user flows and experience details. Promote the advancement of product design standards.
6. Cross-Team Collaboration and Leadership:
   Coordinate across design, development, testing, and operations teams. Manage project schedules and resource allocation to ensure efficient product delivery.
7. Product Evaluation and Improvement:
   Proactively assess and evaluate the product to identify design blind spots and improvement opportunities. Propose innovative solutions to enhance the product's competitiveness.
8. Strategic Planning:
   Combine user needs with data analysis to create long-term product development plans, driving the implementation of strategic goals.
9. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
   Produce high-quality product documentation. Facilitate team knowledge sharing and experience retention to enhance organizational capabilities.

Requirements:

Experience and Professional Expertise:

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or Product Expert.
• Proficient in managing the full product lifecycle from 0 to 1 and scaling from 1 to 100.
• Must have experience in finance and/or game industries, with in-depth knowledge of product development, market trends, and user needs in this sector.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee the monthly closing of accounts and ensure timely preparation and submission of financial reports to management.
• Prepare monthly management reports and presentations (including financial and business performance analysis).
• Review and verify expenses.
• Reconcile medical insurance claims to payment reports/collections, and liaise with clinic operations teams to resolve rejected claims.
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare and submit annual statutory accounts in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Prepare quarterly GST returns and annual corporate tax filings.
• Prepare relevant financial reports and presentations for Annual General Meetings.
• Liaise with auditors in relation to annual statutory audits.
• Assess current practices and processes, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent, with professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CA) a plus
• 3-6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in managing a team of accounting personnel
• Good problem-solving, analytical and presentation skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Knowledge in Xero accounting software and clinics/retail industries will be an advantage

Job Description:

• Handle the full spectrum of Accounts Payable
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end financial closing for Accounts Payable
• Timely posting of purchase-related transactions includes checking and verifying supplier invoices and ensuring the invoices are endorsed by the respective department with the correct account code
• Responsible for the accurate preparation of outgoing payment and payment voucher
• Posting of manual journal entries for staff claims
• In charge of the reconciliation of vendor aging report and supplier’s SOA
• Perform month-end intercompany reconciliation
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation
• Maintain proper filing system and other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Must have at least a Diploma in Accountancy/ LCCI or equivalent qualification
