Educational Background

Job Responsibilities:

• Support finance activities, including Goods Inward Note (GIN) matching, data entry, and filing.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Finance Team.
• Participate in finance-related projects as assigned by the Finance Manager.
• Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) receipt entry for multiple entities.
• Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) related matters.
• Handle other finance-related matters as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Online research to generate background information on target companies for sponsorship.
• Research via linked in specific contacts at companies
• Creation of sales target list for both sponsorship and corporate sales
• Aptitude to be able to conduct cold calling corporate sales for Monet and HP RWS
• Ability to take over the phone corporate bookings and then facilitate the booking with box office and operations staff

Job Skills

Duration:

• Internship duration: Minimum of 3 - 6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily operations of the accounting functions including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR) and perform bank reconciliation
• Prepare and process the bi-weekly vendor payments
• Assist in the implementation and migration of accounting system
• Prepare supporting documents for audit submissions
• Support in preparation of financial reports
• Perform general administration tasks and other ad-hoc projects as assigned
