Requirement:

• Diploma in accounting with at least 1 relevant experience or degree with 1 year relevant experience
• Strong analytical skill and an eye of details.
• Good skill in using excel & words
• Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment.
• Problem solving skills with drive and strong sense of responsibility & urgency.
• Knowledge of ERP system; Epicor system will be added advantage.
• Positive attitude, proactive, organised, possesses good communication skill and meticulous.
• Ability to start within short notice is an advantage.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy for financial records, employee schedules, and HR documents.

Job Scope:

1. Perform book keeping and full set of accounts for clients.
2. Preparation of accounting schedules.
3. Prepare GST report for submission.
4. Drafting of Financial Statements.
5. Tax computation and filing for clients.
6. Liaising with IRAS, ACRA, Clients and Auditors.
7. Perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

1. ACCA or Degree / Diploma/ LCCI / CAT/ ITE in Accounting and Taxation
2. 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in a corporate services firm.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain precise records of all incoming payments

• Prepare and send invoices to clients

• Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices

• Reconcile any irregularities in receipts

• Work collaboratively with accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances

• Take charge of Petty cash and staff claims

• Audit all receipts on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in accounting

• Generate and deliver reports to different departments as needed

• Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments

• Other finance duties as assigned

Requirements
