• Monthly preparation of financial reports for Singapore and Malaysia entities

The Executive is responsible for ensuring completeness of daily reconciliation of receipts from all outlets as well as performing closing activities and preparation of full set accounts for subsidiaries. This role will also be working closely with Accountant to support period closing accounting duties for Poh Heng Jewellery.

Financial Accounting:

• Perform journal entries for financial accounting.
• Prepare full sets of accounts for subsidiaries.
  Conduct monthly reporting for subsidiaries.

Reconciliation:

• Daily reconciliation of receipts with the Daily Operation summary, bank statements, and credit card statements for both retail and online platforms.
• Monthly reconciliations for mobile payments and credit cards, including MDR computations.
  

Auditing and Schedules:

• Responsible for the GTO audit at year-end.
• Prepare accounts receivable-related balance sheet schedules.
  

Invoice Management:

• Create rental invoices for tenants, managing the end-to-end process.
• Maintain a tracking sheet for rental income.
• Generate invoices and debit notes as needed for customer service.
  

Communication:

• Act as the main point of contact for the retail team.

GST Preparation:

• Prepare quarterly GST submissions for subsidiaries for Accountant review.

Banking Operations:

• Oversee the end-to-end banking process for retail outlets, including credit card terminals and ATM cards.

Support Responsibilities:

• Provide backup for Non-Trade Accounts Payable and collaborate with finance associate.

Job responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain compliance policies and procedures, including group procurement policies (including vendor due diligence, human rights management and supplier chain management)

You will work closely with the team lead on bundled payments, Population Health Financing (including Capitation), Healthier SG enrolment initiatives and SingHealth Cluster Charging workgroup. You will provide key value-added support to the clinical and operational partners in the bundled payments framework such as the Acute Hospital-Community HospitallBundled Care for performance management. Additionally, you shall assist the team lead in developing financial policies to support Population Health projects which are closely aligned with bundled payments implementation and Capitation. You will explore funding of Healthier SG enrolment incentives to meet the long-term objectives and vision of Population Health.

For Cluster Charging Workgroup, you will provide the necessary secretariat support, as well as gather relevant financial details on the prevailing institutions’ charging practices and recommend areas for harmonisation under a OneSingHealth mindset and/or OneFinance approach of governing inter-company charging practices within the cluster.

To better support the analytical demands of Population Health Financing and Bundled Payments, you will streamline data-mining processes and leverage data technologies innovatively.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Accounting with cross-disciplinary knowledge/ prior experience working with Healthcare Data, with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience in Finance/Business Administration or Data Analytics field
• Prior experience in management accounting, reporting, costing, financial modelling and multi-variate analytics
