The Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Assistant Director (Policy & Administration) in policy review, digitalisation and strategic planning related to PA registered Trainers/Private Operators, courses, Interest Groups (IGs), and IG leaders. The responsibilities include monitoring the management of Trainers, IGs, case management, and course modules within the onePA system and future IT systems to facilitate effective community outreach.
