JOB SUMMARY

• The purpose of the role is to manage delivery of regulatory requirements and support governance and control within the OCIR and FMI function in Group Resilience. • Provide inputs and help drive engagement with RRP for managing resolvability for the bank and ensuring the interlinkages across barriers is managed.

Our client is an European MNC, leading player in telecommunications industry. They are looking for a Human Resource Manager to assist their HR team for the next phase of their business. They are located in Central - easily accessible.

Duties of Human Resource Manager:

• Plan and manage manpower requirements across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
• Monitor and report on resource activities, addressing deviations from plans and taking corrective action.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of updated job descriptions and oversee the creation of new roles in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Stay updated on HR manpower planning techniques, recommending improvements for greater efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, background checks, and onboarding.
• Develop and oversee performance management frameworks to drive employee engagement and growth.
• Implement process improvements across the employee lifecycle and drive leadership development programs.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in relevant discipline.
• Proven track record in company's HR improvement process.
• Min 10 years of HR experience, with 6 years in HR Management level.
