Job Purpose:

Seeking an experienced SAP Manager to oversee our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, currently running on SAP. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing the existing system, evaluating alternative ERP solutions, and, if necessary, planning and executing an upgrade. This candidate will manage a team of engineers and developers in the deployment and support of Teckwah’s business systems and lead the team to implement customizations and new capabilities to fulfill users’ and customers’ needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of support engineers and developers to provide operational support to users of the ERP system. This includes managing the team to provide level 1 and 2 support, addressing daily operational issues and requests, and offering technical advice to resolve system and operational problems.
• Engage with users and customers for new enhancements and modifications to the systems for new deployments or implementations. Plan these implementations, manage the team and resources for deployment, and, if necessary, collaborate with subject matter experts and consultants to implement enhancements that meet user needs
• Understand existing and future operational needs. Assist the head of the department in conducting a comprehensive review and assessment of the ERP systems. This includes planning and gathering further operational requirements, matching them with the capabilities of the existing (and upgraded) system, researching and evaluating alternative ERP systems to determine if better solutions exist, and proposing a suitable approach for the next-generation ERP system. Experience & Qualification

• Degree or equivalent qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science / Computer Engineering, Engineering or related discipline.
• With 2 implementation experience in ERP systems.
• At least 5 years’ experience in managing SAP systems, with a strong background on SAP / S/4 HANA.
• Proficiency in SAP modules (esp FICO, WM, QA, MM, PP, SD), and with knowledge of SAP Basis, and ABAP programming.
• Project Management: a proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects, preferably ERP implementations or upgrades.

Primary Function of Position:

The Manager, Asia FSO (FP&A, Sales Operations) closely work with Asia FSO teams to support the business in the fastest growing market at Intuitive. Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, recruit, develop, inspire, and evolve the Asia Sales Operations and FP&A teams and processes to provide our business partners "World-class decision, budget, analytic, and finance support on initiatives with defined ROI that drive the Asia business".

Job Description:

The Kitchen Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a small army of kitchen staff and overseeing the day to day running of the kitchen, including cleaning the equipment, checking supplies and inventory. Supervises and coordinates activities of food preparation in the kitchen.

To be successful in this role, you should have some hands-on kitchen experience in food production, and oversee day-to-day activities while overseeing a small team of kitchen staff. Do note that we are halal certified.
