Accounting and Financial Management:

• Prepare management accounts for Business Development activities, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow management.
• Assist in the preparation and review of the annual budget.
• Perform actual vs budget analysis for business development activities.
• Manage loans from banks (project finance) and shareholders.
• Liaise with financial group companies, banks, and lenders.
• Assist in financial arrangements and documentation.
• Ensure timely payments for operational expenses, management fees, and loan repayments.
• Manage contractual requirements, including facility agreements, shareholder agreements, management agreements, etc., depending on the nature of the project.
• Verify invoices and collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely payment.
• Communicate with stakeholders as necessary.
• Review work practices and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Project Support:

• Verify the accounting methods for each project in collaboration with the accounting team and auditor.
• Review taxation matters for each project with the accounting team and tax consultant.
