Context of the project: A new application is developed in Counterparty and Credit Risk IT (RIT): CREW. This tool handles workflow and definition of credit granting concerning the counterparty risk. It includes a decision-making workflow and the process of the credit decision through authorizations.

Goal of the project :Leveraging on the testing automation framework created to develop complex scenarios for a workflow application and strengthen the non-regression testing.

Internship mission statement: This mission will allow the intern to work on the automation of business’ use cases of front office users to ensure the stability of the tool throughout the development cycle, in close collaboration with the solution developers and business analysts. The tool development will have to follow the full CI-CD pipeline (unit tests, Sonar check …) process. Context of the project: In Compliance, all the health checks of applications are managed manually. Connection to the GUI, Access to data and Check they are properly displayed on the application. For each intervention during the WE and for each delivery, we need support people to perform the manual checks on applications.

Goal of the project: Creation of a monitoring portal which centralized the status of the different applications. Project name: Migrate SSIS components to Java spring batch

Context of the project: In Know Your Customer process, users sometimes need to load data in mass without going through a standard workflow in the application. To do that, they have a set of existing loaders, used to parse input file, perform some controls and load data in the application if the data provided fulfills proper criteria.

Goal of the project: Migrate loaders currently implemented in Microsoft SSIS technology, to a brand new Java spring batch. Reinforce the reliability of those loaders. Reinforce the code maintainability, add unit testing coverage and add in Sonar perimeter.

Internship mission statement: This internship will allow the intern to work on a real-case migration project to remove an obsolete technology and use state of the art technology instead. Position

In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek for a motivated intern to join our Innovations APAC team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented team-player to join a geo dispersed team operating from China, Hong Kong SAR, Japan and Singapore which is responsible for the success of the innovation initiative launched with the ambition of fostering business development ,improving client experience and service quality.

Responsibilities

The Innovations APAC intern will play a vital role in supporting CACIB’s innovation initiatives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in business analysis, data analysis and innovation strategies.

The team will organize ideation events through multiple format, targeting a variety of audience and manage communication around innovation over different channels, both internal or external. As a member of the technology department, part of the tasks are to assess the feasibility of each idea, collaborate across all the board with IT experts, consolidate their conclusions and envisage multiple options for achieving our goals. You will present outcomes and recommendations to Asia Innovation board.

Functional Scope

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis

1. Assist in gathering and documentation of requirements for various innovation ideas
2. Involves brainstorming facilitation of meetings and workshops with stakeholders
3. Analyze the pain points and transform insights into actionable requirements

• Reverse process re-engineering

1. Conduct in-depth analyses of use cases to gain a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end workflows
2. Bridge the gap between tasks performed in isolation by different teams, fostering collaboration and streamlining our processes

• Documentation and Reporting

1. Create a well-structured document including reports, business cases and flow diagram
2. Documents to provide a clear and comprehensive overview of innovation initiatives and expected outcomes

• Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration

1. Engage with a diverse group of stakeholders including both business users (Non IT) and ISAP (IT)
2. Gather feedback, foster collaboration and ensure that innovation concepts align with the needs and expectation

• Presentation Skills

1. Encourage to develop and enhance presentation and negotiation skills
2. Opportunity to present findings, insights or project updates to innovation team in Asia and various levels of stakeholders

• Event Planning

1. In addition to the core responsibilities, have the opportunity to participate in event planning relation to innovation workshops like Café Inno and Hackathon
   

Qualifications and Profile

Mandatory

• Student from a Business or IT School
• Interest in business analysis, stakeholder management, communication and presentation

Nice to have

• Exposure to data presentation visualization tools (Canva, Klaxoon, PowerPoint, Tableau)
• Event planning/ Project Management experience
