Key Responsibilities:

• Support the COO: Assist the Chief Operating Officer in daily operations, including project management, strategic planning, and business development initiatives.
• Data Management: Maintain organized records of legal and financial documents. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including game development, marketing, and HR, to gather necessary information and support various projects.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the gaming industry.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

• Familiarity with project management principles, either through coursework, internships, or extracurricular activities. Knowledge of tools like Trello, Asana, or Lark is a plus.
