RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to be part of the team that drives holistic partnerships towards better quality of life for Persons with Intellectual Disability (PWIDs) and their families. This role is critical in fostering positive relationships with corporations and government agencies to secure partnerships and grow the movement towards an inclusive community.

The position will play a key role in supporting/leading:

• Establishment/maintenance of strategic partnerships that align with MINDS' mission and partners' ESG and philanthropic goals. This includes driving sustained volunteerism and fundraising initiatives to support MINDS services/programmes.
• Tentpole fundraising and awareness campaigns, including events and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support and Execute Corporate Fundraising Partnerships and Grant Submissions

· Support the senior management to partner with ABLE leadership, colleagues, and Board members to develop and implement sustainable fundraising efforts targeting corporate partners and grant makers to achieve ABLE’s priorities, including capital projects.

We are exclusively representing a leading shipping company in search of a dynamic and detail-oriented Corporate Strategy Planning Executive to assist the CEO and Strategy & Planning Manager in driving corporate governance and ensuring strategic alignment throughout the organization.

This role will collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership Team to ensure business excellence on a day-to-day basis, and provide essential strategic and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to establish clear charters and delegated authority levels for various steering committees.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings to ensure consistent communication and effective decision-making processes.
• Manage the escalation of key decisions to the Executive Committee and ensure the flow of critical information from the committee to relevant teams.
• Support the Strategy & Planning Manager with strategic planning, maintaining the balanced scorecard, and managing stakeholders for projects related to geopolitics and government relations.
• Develop and maintain a rolling annual calendar of key business events to prevent scheduling conflicts and focus on strategic objectives.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• A degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy or planning is required, with experience in the maritime industry considered a strong advantage.
