Position Description
This position is responsible for sales growth of all NEWAY® products business within the stated region for NEWAY with direct responsibility for distributors/agents in the region.
Main Responsibilities
Specific Job Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain strategic level relationships with mainly new and to some extend with existing customers
· Visit potential customers to for new business prospect
· Develop profitable new business and growing share in the existing customer base
· Meet a defined sales target to achieve and operate within established policy guidelines
· Maintain and develop existing customers through high levels of service in order to expand and strengthen the relationship
· Manage (complex) sales cycles from lead to closure
· Coordinate complex cross divisional sales projects
· Prepare and implement business plan
· Act as a senior contact between Neway Valve and customers
· Communicate customer needs and requirements to internal departments
· Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales
· Gather leads and market /customer information
· Regularly update in sales administration tools

Qualifications/Requirement.
· Diploma /Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree required.
· At least 3-5 years of sales engineering experience, preferably within Water/ Wastewater industries within SEA regions.
· Excellent communications and coordination skills and a motivated team player with clear leadership, strategic planning and execution skills.
· Proficient with computers, Microsoft software and ERP System.
· Good communication skill, presentation skills and able to liaise with factory.
· Candidate should be open to travel 50% plus of the time.
· Fluent in English both in speaking and writing.
