Job Summary:

The Finance and Operations Executive will play a critical role in managing the financial and operational processes of the Seafood Industries Association Singapore (SIAS). This role involves overseeing bookkeeping, tracking expenses and revenue, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Finance and Bookkeeping Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a full set of accounts, including monthly closing, P&L preparation, and financial reporting.

• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable (AR/AP) processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.

• Prepare and submit claims for government subsidies and grants (e.g., Enterprise Singapore), ensuring accurate and timely documentation.

• Track and document all expenses, payments, and revenue (including membership and event income).

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper financial documentation and compliance.

• Maintain accurate records and support the transition to improved accounting systems.

Operations and Administrative Responsibilities:
