Role Overview
Kapronasia, an Atlas Technologies Group company, is seeking a sales consultant to join our team in Singapore. This is a full-time, on-site role. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling both content marketing and consulting projects in the FinTech and financial services sectors.
The role offers significant opportunities to build and manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with Kapronasia's research and consulting teams to align solutions with client needs and deliver value-driven outcomes. Additionally, you will have the chance to coordinate with Atlas Technologies, our parent company in Japan, to explore business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the FinTech and financial services sectors, building a robust pipeline of prospective clients for content marketing and consulting projects.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, collaborating with internal teams to align Kapronasia’s solutions with client needs and industry trends.
- Create tailored proposals, lead sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Stay informed on industry developments to anticipate client needs and work closely with research and consulting teams to deliver value-driven solutions that align with Kapronasia’s offerings.
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the financial services, FinTech, or consulting industries, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the FinTech and financial services sectors, including key trends and players, to effectively communicate the value of Kapronasia’s content marketing and consulting solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, including C-level executives, to foster long-term partnerships.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities, develop tailored solutions for clients, and drive the sales process from lead generation to contract closure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly convey value propositions.

You are a dynamic and results-driven sales consultant with 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within the FinTech, financial services, or consulting industries. You have a proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Your excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills enable you to connect with clients at all levels, from operational teams to C-suite executives, fostering trust and building lasting partnerships. With a strong understanding of the FinTech and financial services landscape, you are adept at communicating in a clear and compelling manner.
