What You Will Do

Working alongside our corporate partners and counsel, you will advise and manage on transactions such as:

• mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, joint venture and shareholder agreements, initial public offerings and listings and private equity transactions;
• banking and finance;
• investment funds; and
• general corporate work.

You will also participate in business development activities

What You Will Need

• 1 - 2 years post-qualification experience in an offshore law firm or major local or international law firm in Singapore
• Qualified to practise law in Singapore, England & Wales or Australia
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Collaborative team player, able to work effectively with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions
