General Accountability
Reporting directly to VP Sales, APAC, this role is responsible for driving new product sales and overseeing the development of Service & Solution (S&S) activities within the region. Requirements:

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations or related field.
• At least 8 years of work experience in relevant field.
• Experience with Public Speaking / Events / Emcee is an added advantage

The Job

• Assist in procurement functions such as generating Purchase Orders (PO), perform goods receipts and invoice entry as well as packing and distributing stocks to medical centres.
• Ensure all purchases are in compliance with the SOP.
• Resolve the issues encountered in CAS by liaising closely with MIS Department and vendors.
• Conduct inventory stock count and reconcile the discrepancies.
• Communicate and negotiate effectively with the vendors.
• Participate in the tender process.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

The Person

• Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Preferably minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement.
• Proficient is Microsoft Office mainly Excel.
