Mail Management: Check and manage incoming mail

Banking: Deposit cheques and cash sales as needed.

Cheque Records: Log cheques from drivers.

Accounts Payable (AP): Enter and reconcile invoices.

Document Management: Scan and save documents.

Expense Tracking: Track and report expenses for approval.

Vehicle Management: Handle administrative forms and cashcard topups for delivery trucks

And any other adhoc duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
• Meticulous, pro-active with positive attitude and willing to learn & work independently
• Proficiency in Excel
• Familiarity with platforms like Lark, NTUC portal and Microsoft Dynamic 365 is a plus.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and support cross-departmental tasks.

• Handle major customer accounts in various industries
• Respond to product-related questions and other queries promptly.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional sales support
• Communicate efficiently and effectively with customers
• Support the sales and marketing of new and existing products
• Processing quotation and sales orders
• Liaising with Suppliers for product related matters including purchase order creation
• Must be customer & team oriented.
• Candidate must possess at least secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in any field.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must be suitable for working in a fast pace environment.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
