Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounts receivable (AR) process, including invoicing, payment tracking, and following up on outstanding payments.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of customer payments and account reconciliations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role.
• Familiarity with AR processes, including invoicing, reconciliations, and credit control.
• Basic understanding of payroll processes, with prior experience being a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Oracle Netsuite) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in managing payments and customer records.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines for both AR and payroll cycles.
