Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

· Handle all documentation of the project

· Compilation and distribution of internal and external documents such as Engineering drawings, Manuals, Procedures, Quality Plan, etc and make transmittal in internal and external distributions.

· Maintain proper record and filing for all internal and external correspondence.

· Supporting the coordination and management of projects task, deliveries, vendors and activities.

· Support project team on issuing Delivery order, work report, safety document, etc

Qualification & Experience equired

· Diploma or equivalent

· Min. 1-2 years’ experience in document controller and/or project coordinator role

· Computer Proficiency – a must for Microsoft Office, and plus point if have basic command of AutoCAD.

· Good knowledge of databases in general is preferred.

· Good interpersonal skill and positive mindset.

· Good command of English skills in writing and speaking.

Job Responsibilities:

• To manage all documents for the project(s)
• Perform all works which include filing, typing, photocopying, fax and other works being assigned from time to time
• Maintaining and updating the database
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing correspondences / drawings / documents / reports are organized according to Project Filing Code
• Receiving and checking all incoming correspondence
• Dealing with other staff or visitors, on phone or in person.
• Review each document for conformity and accuracy
• Keep all project documents orderly complete and categorized for easy
• accessibility to specific records and projects
• Ensures delivery and receipt of all documents by deadlines Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents are given to the appropriate staffs
• Maintains an updated records of all approved documents and their distribution clearly
• Generate various document control reports as required Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O level
• Minimum 3 years experience of Document Control in Construction industry
• Proficient in MS Office - Good Knowledge of Aconex & Newforma is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated team player who is result oriented and independent

Qualification & Requirements

- GCE O level

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel

- Familiar with ISO 9001 is preferable

- Independent with good time management skills and the ability to

Key Responsibilities

- Provide support to engineers in compiling reports, letters and drawings for submission

- Coordinate with engineering, client & contractors to ensure schedules are followed

- Ensure client’s requirements on the submitted documents are fulfilled in a timely manner

- Perform quality control and maintenance of the documents (electronic and hard copy documents) as per company procedure

- Scan and upload documents in the ‘Project Team’ Sharepoint and ensure all documentation is discoverable and accessible

- Disseminate, monitor and track all documents

- Securely backup all documentation

- Carry out administrative duties as and when required

• Control and manage incoming and outgoing documents
• Responsible for full inventory of documentation & its easy retrieval
• Review and maintain the accuracy of records, updating where necessary to ensure they are up to date.
• Communication with relevant persons who need to submit documents
• Coordinate with project team to ensure compliance of all documentation
• Process administrative work related to government authorities, associations, the company’s head office, customers, and visitors.
• Organize events by coordinating with relevant departments for planning and implementation.
• Collect training requirements from relevant departments, prepare the company training plan, and supervise its implementation.
• Collect and arrange daily and weekly activities for company management.

The Haulage Admin/Controller is responsible for supporting the execution of general traffic management operations and activities including coordinating with customers, management documentation, receiving and communicating schedules for traffic Stable and systematic, he/she is also responsible for the safe and efficient

Job Descriptions:

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $3000 + AWS + VB
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm); Saturday (9am - 1pm)
• Location: Changi Airport Cargo

Job Scope:

• Oversee daily transport operations, including delivery and collection for air freight, sea LCL, and container trucking
• Assign daily delivery and collection tasks to lorry drivers
• Monitor container drivers for import and export activities, including seaport entry/exit and container yard operations
