Responsibilities:

• Implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of the centre.
• Guide primary school children (primary 1 to 5) to ensure completion of daily homework.
• Keep accurate records of children’s progress and address each child’s educational and developmental needs on an individual basis to the best of your ability.
• Responsible for the preparation and upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance and learning environment of the classroom.
• Maintain and build relationships with children and parents.
• Conduct unique enrichment programmes.
• Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to student centre.
• Ensure safety of children within the premises.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Director.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in any discipline with minimum of 2 years of teaching experience with primary school students.

Join our dynamic team as a Site Planning and Management Senior Assistant Director/ Assistant Director/ Senior Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of community care facilities for seniors!

Job Description:

• Collaborate with the Ministries and Agencies for capacity planning and capacity injection to ensure adequacy of community care services in Singapore.
• Develop comprehensive plans to strategically locate community care facilities across the island, and creatively utilising innovative space solutions to address land scarcity, ensuring optimal accessibility and service delivery for our senior population.
• Develop the framework to conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the suitability of locations for community care facilities.
• Analyse demographic data and community needs to inform the planning and assessment decisions.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to co-design and co-develop functional community care facilities that enhance the delivery of care services for the seniors.
• Write papers, reports, presentations to secure approvals from management and the Ministry.
• Manage budgets, key project milestones, and implementation plans to ensure timely delivery of community care facilities.
• Lead a small team of members and mentor the members to develop them to their fullest potential.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., urban planning, public administration, business administration, facility management, etc.).
• Proven track records in site planning and management, policy operationalisation, and project management, preferably within community care services or the public sector.
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in paper writing and making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in adapting to dynamic changes.
• Strong project management skills to ensure successful execution of initiatives.

• Lead teams to deliver funding outcomes for the Community Silver Trust (CST) and Tote Board Community Health Fund (TBCHF).
• Oversee the smooth running of the day-to-day business operations and administration of the grants to meet programme-level KPIs and audits - cover publicity of grants, review proposals, support service providers on the application of grants, assess proposals, seek approval of the proposals, issue award letter to grantees, monitor progress of funded projects, support grantees in project implementation by sharing practices and linking up with resources, process claim reimbursement, support project variation request, document learnings, support audits of the funds etc.
• Drive the framing and structuring of outcomes and impact reporting and oversees the analyses, preparation and vetting of reports for funders and management.
• Partner service providers and stakeholders to co-develop solutions aligned to the sector’s needs.
• Engage funders upstream to cultivate more sustained funding pathways for impactful projects, support new areas of needs and calibrate funding approach to better support grantees as needs evolve.
• Establish the culture, system and practice of conducting regular review of internal process to ensure its efficiency, and effectiveness and to minimise risk to AIC.
• Conduct/co-conduct with Team Leads regular grant writing and project management workshops for service providers to build capabilities upstream and minimise downstream project governance issues with grantees.
• Set targets and coach teams to streamline and automate processes (application, assessment, progress reporting, prioritisation of projects for active intervention, and claim reimbursement) to reduce process waste and errors.
• Drive digitalisation efforts for grant administration to improve governance and productivity.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in grants management and administration or industry development.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience.
• Preferably in community care, social service or healthcare sector.

• Drive the planning and conceptualisation of the future Community Care Sector.
• Work with MOH and relevant stakeholders to develop and implement plans as well as build partnerships within Community Care Sector to achieve coordinated care for the seniors and anchor care within the community.
• Identify care services, business, and operating models in community care services that can add value to the future Community Care Sector.
• Design and perform regular review of the state of sector and the impact of AIC’s services and schemes on the Community Care Sector providers.
• Establish partnerships with relevant stakeholders for data collection, tracking and analysis to recommend initiatives/measures to support the needs and development of the Community Care Sector.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum recognised degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or community care.
• Analytical and meticulous with good interpersonal, stakeholder management and written communication skills.
• Able to work well independently and in a team.
• Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to adapt well to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of project management, data collection, reporting and analysis.
