Responsibilities

• Implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of the centre.

• Guide primary school children (primary 1 to 6) to ensure completion of daily homework

• Keep accurate records of children’s progress and address each child’s educational and developmental needs on an individual basis to the best of your ability.

• Responsible for the preparation and upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance and learning environment of the classroom.

• Maintain and build relationships with children and parents through active commmunication

• Conduct MindChamps unique enrichment programmes.

• Being an inspiring role model with a creative spirit and a champion (positive) mindset.

• Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to student centre

• Ensure safety of children within the premises

• Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Director/Centre Manager

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any discipline with minimum of 2 years of teaching experience with primary school students.

• Able to teach at least 2 primary school subjects. Able to teach primary school Chinese will be an advantage.

• Enthusiastic & energetic and has a positive mindset to learn and grow together with the company.

• Creative and loving energy with a positive disposition

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

We are currently recruiting a full-time cleaner for our student care centre, which offers after-school and enrichment programmes to primary school students.

• Work hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am - 5pm. School Holidays, 7am - 2pm

• Location: Holland Grove Road

Job Duties:
• Cleaning/disinfecting of centre premises and furniture
• Washing of kitchen items
• Assist in other duties, e.g. serving of breakfast, lunch, tea break
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Centre Manager

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the center environment
• Empty trash bins and keep the bin area clean

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Student Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for Primary 1-6 students. You will support their social, emotional, and academic development, fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Safety:

• Fetching students from nearby schools and bus-stop safely.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
• Monitor activities and provide appropriate guidance.

Academic & Holistic Support:

• Assist teachers in guidance on daily school homework, assignments and spellings.
• Assist teachers in conducting enrichment programmes for primary school students according to our syllabus that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Encourage a love for learning.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance.

Others:

• Ensure that the centre's facilities and materials are well-maintained.
• Sanitise and maintain good classroom hygiene and cleanliness.
• Manage other administrative & operational duties.

Qualifications:

• Singapore Citizen and PR only.
