Right now, we are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Care Associate to enhance our customer experience and support the Sales team.
Your Role on Our Journey
This role will focus on account management, client interaction, and overseeing car collection/drop-off processes. By taking ownership of these responsibilities, the Customer Care Associate will enable our Sales team to focus on generating new business opportunities.
Your Day-to-Day Adventures
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the Sales Team.
- Handle client requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage the coordination of car collection and drop-off to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Monitor and follow up on client satisfaction, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to address vehicle availability and condition for seamless service delivery.
- Work closely with Sales to understand and anticipate client needs, providing tailored solutions and support.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients to ensure a smooth transition and exceptional first impressions.
What Makes You a Perfect Fit
- At least 2 years of proven experience in Customer Service or Account Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- A valid driving license is required to perform essential job duties, such as car collection and drop-off operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
