• Oversee grant proposals and applications to secure funding from organizations like the President’s Challenge and Tote Board.
• Track and analyse fundraising data, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and ethical fundraising standards.
• Work closely with EXCO Members to align external communications and fundraising efforts with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Support BTSS programmes’ budgeting and expenditure.
• Support any other tasks and assignments requested by BTSS EXCO which has been endorsed by BTSS President

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising, event or project management, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for social causes and commitment to making a difference in the lives of individuals affected by brain tumours.

You will be responsible for evaluating progress towards these targets and implementing necessary solutions. Additionally, you will manage daily outlet operations, which includes handling customer complaints, motivating staff, providing guidance and coaching, and managing paperwork. You will also oversee outlet personnel duties and human resources responsibilities, such as managing annual leaves and shift schedules.
