- Assists in recruitment and on boarding of employees.
- Assists in preparing Employment Contracts
- Administers and processes foreign workers’ immigration matters, Work Permit, S Pass and Employment Pass application, renewal and cancellation, foreign workers’ insurance matters, home leave, etc.
- Provides administrative assistance in the implementation of Company’s HR policies so that overtime, work on rest days and public holidays are properly implemented.
- Monitors the utilization and administration of employee benefits e.g. medical, leave, staff insurance and highlights discrepancies to HR Officer / HR Manager for corrective actions.
- Assists in maintaining and updating employees’ personnel files accurately.
- Working hour 1230 to 1730 (5 days/week)
