As a Service Manager, you will be a highly driven individual who is part of the service delivery team that ensures all contracts are actively managed and fronts customers directly. The ideal candidate should possess:

• Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent
• Preferably 5 or more years of IT project management experience

• Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques.
