Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management

- Manage allocation of resources, including manpower, equipment, and cleaning supplies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
2. Team Leadership and Supervision
- Recruit, train, and manage cleaning staff, including supervisors and ground teams.
- Assign duties and monitor staff performance, providing feedback and addressing issues as needed.
- Foster a positive working environment and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present reports on cleaning activities, issues, and improvements to clients.
4. Budget and Financial Management
- Manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Monitor expenses, approve purchases, and ensure profitability for cleaning contracts.
- Prepare and submit financial and operational reports to management.
5. Compliance and Safety
- Ensure all operations comply with local regulations, including health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Train staff on workplace safety practices and ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions where necessary.
6. Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency-boosting strategies.
- Introduce eco-friendly and sustainable cleaning practices where feasible.
7. Equipment and Inventory Management
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of cleaning equipment.
