Responsible:

Delivering excellent customer service by managing reservations, handling inquiries, and taking and serving orders efficiently. They operate the point-of-sale system, ensure a clean and safe environment, and provide basic technical support for equipment like microphones and karaoke systems. The role requires effective communication with team members and management, the ability to work independently, and maintaining a neat appearance. They must also handle alcoholic beverages responsibly and perform any additional duties assigned by their supervisor.

Working days and hours: [Every Fridays to Sunday | 11am- 2.30pm & 5.30pm - 9.30pm]

Job Scope

• Act as the client service point of contact for day-to-day inquiries, ensuring timely responses by adhering to service levels for resolution, and providing a quality client experience.
• Able to manage authorized signatory lists / incumbency certificates, call back / authentication process.
• Maintain excellent working relationships with internal teams, identify root causes, and areas for improvement when resolving client issues.
• Support multiple geographies (when required) and client accounts across Southeast Asia.

Job Qualifications

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in client servicing or front office role in banking, financial or relevant industry.
• Must be confident in interacting with stakeholders over phone and emails.
• Good to have KYC/ CDD experience.
• Good organisational and time management abilities.

Sales Engineer

Location: Loyang Way
Working Days: Mon - Fri
Working hours: 830 a.m. to 530p.m.
Salary: $3,000 - $4,500 (depends on experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. The Sales Engineer will play a critical role in driving sales and delivering technical solutions that meet our clients’ needs. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen, as you will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, present tailored solutions, and support the sales process from inception through to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and challenges.
• Provide technical consultation to customers, offering solutions that align with their operational goals.

2. Sales Support:

• Scout, develop and obtain leads with new customers to develop sales in your assigned territory.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Develop detailed quotes and proposals, addressing customer needs and specifying technical requirements.

3. Service Support:

• Liaise with customers, end-users and purchasers to introduce the company’s service capabilities.
• Drive the sales of services to existing and new customers with equipment sold by the company.
• Coordinate with the engineering and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Act as a point of contact for post-sales support, troubleshooting and sales of service.

4. Market and Product Knowledge:

• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and understand advancements in equipment and service offerings.
• Share insights, feedback and customer requirements with the product development and marketing teams to drive innovation.
• Participate in all company-participated trade shows and seminars in Singapore and abroad.

5. Training and Support:

• Educate customers on equipment features, benefits, and maintenance requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams to ensure proper usage and understanding of products.
• Assist management with any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as and where required.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering preferred or related technical field, Minimum Diploma in related technical field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales engineering role, preferably within the equipment sales and service industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of vacuum pump technology or other technical equipment. Proficiency in technical sales and solution design.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.
• Travel: Required to support regional customers in Southeast Asia (30-40%).
