Position Overview

You will be supporting the Director of Strategy & Policy Team, working closely with the organisation’s senior management, as well as external stakeholders in shaping the organisation’s overall corporate strategy and policy, executing key strategic initiatives, and tracking corporate performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Corporate Performance Balanced Scorecard process, including the development of Key Performance indicators (KPIs), as well as tracking, analysis, and reporting of KPI results
• Manage and drive the implementation of corporate initiatives, ensuring they are on track and achieving the desired outcomes
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify, establish and align strategic objectives and priorities across the organisation

Requirements

Job responsibilities：

- Lead and oversee all M&E engineering activities in construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, approved drawings, and project timelines.

About the role:

We seek a visionary and experienced Data Manager to head the Financing products analytics team. In this leadership role, you will build and manage a high-performing data team that provides data-driven insights and support to our Financing products business groups. You will be pivotal in developing and implementing data strategies that maximize user acquisition, improve conversion rates, and ensure responsible financial practices across both verticals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of data analysts, ensuring their skills and expertise cater to the specific needs of the Financing products team.
• Partner with Financing products commercial stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Product) to understand their unique business objectives and translate them into actionable data requests.
• Develop and implement a unified data strategy for financing activities aligned with company objectives.
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for user acquisition, conversion, transaction behavior, credit risk (PayLater), insurance economics, and fraud

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in a data leadership role, preferably within the financial technology industry.
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring data analysts.
• Strong understanding of data analysis methodologies, including SQL, statistics, and machine learning (a plus).

• Experience working with data pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP) (a plus).
