• Research, identify, and initiate partnerships with agencies and other relevant businesses to expand revenue opportunities.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase revenue streams for partner hotels through cross-promotions, marketing initiatives, and other collaborative efforts.

Assistant to CEO

· You will manage the CEO’s calendar ensuring that external appointments and internal meetings are scheduled ahead of time bearing in mind time zones and public holidays across countries, and changes are managed to minimize disruptions to all concerned. You will prepare business expense claims promptly.

Office Management

You will be responsible for several areas including:

· Ensuring office equipment in common areas and meeting rooms are always fit for use.

· Upkeeping the professional appearance and safe practices of office premises.

· Liaising with building management, contractors, and suppliers.

· Ensuring stationery and pantry supplies are in good order

· Receiving visitors and candidates as they arrive and making sure that rooms are prepared for meetings
