• Apply expertise in panel and PLC wiring setups at production lines, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Employ observational analysis to identify root causes of operational issues in devices, contribute to efficient problem-solving strategies.
• Prepare detailed service reports and provide technical feedback to Management.

Job Description

Administration and Personnel

• Register rehab patients, schedule appointments, follow up, and arrange transport daily.
• Handle daily statistics and claims
• Replenish inventory when stock is low.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the reporting officer

Financial

• Manage transactions and payments, ensuring proper documentation.
• Reconcile and verify end-of-day collections and related documents.
• Organize and ensure all claims are in order and aligned.

Public Relations

• Provide high-quality professional services to clients.
• Maintain a warm, friendly, safe, clean, and customer-focused environment.
• Address any ground feedback as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments such as finance and medical centers.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 'N' Levels/Diploma
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience
• Strong communication skills
