JOB DESCRIPTION
· Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for executives and team members
· Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as requested
· Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and route them to the appropriate personnel
· Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records
· Collect, analyze, and organize data to support decision-making and reporting
· Create and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reports for various departments
· Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly updating and verifying information
· Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to requests in a timely and professional manner
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Diploma and above
· Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a business environment.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications
