• An experienced Global Data Centre Portfolio Management specialist working within a Portfolio Office for a major, global Bank ("Bank") with demonstrable history working across data centre and critical facilities asset portfolios and programme management.
• Able to operate and influence stakeholders at a global level (experience in Asia region critical to give effect to role)
• Ideal candidate must have’s:
  • Ability to lead; coordinate and drive strategic programme activity; proactively communicate blockers to targets at both a tactical and strategic level across supply partners and bank.
  • Must have ‘lean in’ and willingness to enable resolution to challenges
  • Form strategic alliances; elevate and distill key messages to senior client stakeholders (director level)
  • Have good understanding of regional challenges and banking culture nuance i.e. previous regional banking experience.
  • Excellent technical Excel & PowerPoint capabilities – detailed tracking and senior stakeholder presentations/ report outs.
  • Able to rapidly assemble to collate; aggregate and synthesize data into digestible reports – an communicate out the ‘so what’ impact.

What they will do:

Overview of requirements

• Expected to lead the planning, strategy creation and delivery of the Major Projects / Programmes in data centre space in accordance with the Bank’s standards.
• Align the data centre programme with the business / function and the group corporate real estate strategy.
• Monitor and track all works in bank premises and co-location sites including closures, re-classifications and migrations, operational oversight of downtimes and improvement works.
• Partnering closely with engineering and operations leaders to:
  • Lay approval groundwork strategy and outline projects needs by communicating with stakeholders early and often, ensuring country and group levels understand planned pipeline and change management.

Programme & Portfolio Management

• Drive cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment and to manage complex business needs.
• Leads project / programme management to ensure organization-wide implementation of strategic efforts that require hands-on coordination across multiple disciplines and business organizations.
• Leads strategic innovation and experimentation.
• Implement planning and scheduling programmes to meet customer needs.
• Drive business results through key performance indicators and business goals, promoting clarity and motivation to the project team to execute on time, under budget, while delivering high quality results with zero rework.
• Partner with finance and supply chain organizations to ensure accurate capital spending.

• Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
• Work with clients to understand their needs and ensure project outcomes meet their expectations.

Governance, Stakeholder Engagement & Delivery Support

• Act as a liaison between risk management, SME’s governance, and delivery teams, facilitating the smooth transition of strategic insights into project execution.
• Lead governance forums to present portfolio plans, risk assessments, and performance metrics to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Provide delivery teams with clear capacity management guidelines and sequencing recommendations for executing activities.
• Build consensus across departments and geographies by aligning stakeholders on portfolio goals and timelines.

Improvements & Efficiencies​

• Analyse data quickly, identify pain points and embed interventions/process improvements.
• Determines and leads process improvements to quickly scope insights; and drives change management initiatives.
• Bring structure and actively seeks ways of improving and automating current ways of working, systems & processes.​ This will include deployment of tools, proficiency in data analytics, and ability to streamline processes to better meet business needs.

Job Description: Assoc Director / Senior Manager, HR Data and Analytics APAC

Reporting lines: Direct - Head of Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations APAC, Dotted – Chief Talent Officer APAC

Job Summary:

The Assoc Director / Senior Manager, Data and Analytics (C&B and HR Operations) will have dual roles in managing both HR data analytics /reporting supporting Compensation and Benefits and Talent programs across APAC region. This role will ensure the effective use of HR platforms to support the Talent Management future direction, providing actionable insights to inform effective workforce planning and data & statistical analysis whilst maintaining high standards of data accuracy and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Regional Coordination and Point of Contact:
   • Serve as the regional point of contact for C&B, HR Operations and Talent Management for both APAC and Groupe on Publicis Global programs and platforms
2. C&B, Platform and System Management:
   • Stay updated with C&B programs and HR platforms best practices and new functions
   • Partner with markets on roll-out and updates of global C&B programs and HR platforms and systems within the APAC region
   • Work with APAC markets to ensure accurate and timely information availability across all HR platforms aiming for 100% accuracy
3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
   • Collaborate with subject matter experts across functions including HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition to gather and interpret requirements and develop metrics, reports and dashboards to support the needs of the business
   • Use advanced data analysis to influence changes to operations, processes, policies and programs
   • Design and deploy data pipelines and solutions to help business make better people decisions
   • Deploy leading analytics techniques to deepen employee engagement and development
   • Develop Predictive Analytics based on HR requirement
   • Identify data source and information required to perform predictive Analytics
   • Identify the relevant tools or system required to ensure consistent review of the analytics
   • Design analytical solutions, implement algorithms, and perform experiments to define the next generation HR capability
   • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in HR analytics, data science and technology and identify opportunities for innovation
4. Operational Support:
   • Manage all HR reporting for the function i.e. C&B, Operations, Talent Management etc
   • Own and optimize existing reporting (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually) as part of the Talent management framework. This will include design sprints, support to business growth areas, and HR reports to inform the HR organization and the business
   • Manage regional HR market survey submissions  
   • Support on the development of HR related tools, playbook and framework
   • Manage platform users, and support the team with platform-related issues, in coordination with global support
5. Onboarding and Training:
   • Provide training to market HR teams on specific analysis and reporting functionalities.
