• Strong understanding of Data Governance concepts; must have experience in implementing DG Framework and best practices
• Assess current data management processes and provide solutions around the enhancement of data governance maturity
• Accountable for driving continuous improvement in data governance culture/technology and expansion of data governance initiative within the team
• Must have experience in creating data governance policies on different areas of DG

JOB DESCRIPTION

· To understand each department’s daily processes e.g., marketing, sales, human resource, operations etc.

· Be open to learn new things and enjoy the learning journey

· Job rotation between various departments

· Participating in meetings, workshops, and events

· Compiling analysis and making presentations to other team members

· Completing fieldwork and providing evaluation analysis of the company’s services

· Learn various staff functions, including management viewpoints, company policies and practices affecting each phase of business

· Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship

· Observe experienced staffs to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties

· Provide support as needed in the various departments, including data-entry, presentation creation, strategic planning, client service matters as needed

· Report on company progress

· Compile and evaluate performance reports

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum Diploma and above

· Willing to learn and flexibility to adapt to working environment

Job Description

• 5 days work week
• Location: Mandai - North West
• Basic up to $2700

Job Scope:

• Process purchase order
• Sourcing of suppliers/vendors and comparing the rate and quality before purchasing
• Follow up closely on the status of product delivery to ensure smooth operation support
• Handle administrative work & process of PO/DO/invoicing
• Keep records and reports on purchases.
• Assist in tracking stock inventory and proceed with stock replenishment when needed.
• Manage supplier's product quality and arrange stock check and stock return in related to product quality issue
• Liaise with operation supervisor closely to support their order request

Job Requirement:

• Prefer candidate with minimum 1 year purchasing experience
• Able to work with minimal guidance
• Ability to communicate effectively among staff & vendors.
