• Control the movement of oil samples in and out of the Fragrance Library (e.g. between Sample Production Team, Application Lab, Creation Lab and the Fragrance Library and update the oil inventory daily.
• To receive the sample requests in PACE. If the oil sample is available in the Sample Library, request the oil sample from the compactor into the Sample Production Team for repacking, otherwise, generate the sample requests into SAP, and release the Process Orders into SRMS.
• To liaise with the dispatch service provider and QC sample dispatch riders for delivery of samples and update the inventory.
• For new wins or 1st production, check with the Creation Dept for formula access, reference sample and requests for raw material if they are not available in the inventory system. After the production for the new wins or 1st production, follow up with QC and the dispatch service provider for delivery of samples to customers / requesters.
• Compound fragrance samples using the Fricke automated dosing machine and/or by manual compounding.

Qualifications And Experiences

• Bachelor/Master Degree degree in Data Science, Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Statistics or similar quantitative field.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia, with a focus on data manipulation and model development.
  • Experience with optimization libraries and tools (e.g., Gurobi, CPLEX, OR-Tools, Pyomo).
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and how they integrate with optimization models.
  • Experience with data processing tools and frameworks such as SQL, Pandas, and NumPy.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib) to present findings and optimization outcomes.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS,) and deploying optimization solutions in the cloud.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and their application in large-scale optimization problems.
