JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your main duties and responsibilities include:

• Designing independently or as part of a team, depending on each project

• Supplying the lion’s share of creative concepts for each presentation

• Creatively lead and present mid-sized projects

• Inputting strongly to each design critique and ensuring your voice is heard

• Questioning and challenging briefing documents

• Working in collaboration with client service peers

• Taking an active interest in design strategy

• Presenting your designs with conviction and on occasion to clients with senior team support

• Seeing jobs through from concept to print

• Challenging senior creative team members with innovative and inspiring thinking

• Acting as a creative catalyst on each project, inspiring your creative team

• Attempting to have your design chosen every time and helping to implement the winning design thereafter

• Briefing illustrators, lettering artists and general suppliers

• Art directing photo-shoots

BROAD REQUIREMENTS:

• Accurate and on time completion of time sheets

• Develop and display a thorough knowledge of digital software required in your role

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

· Perform full sets of accounts such as AR, AR, payments, receipts, invoicing and general ledger functions.

· Perform month-end, year-end closing, and audit schedule.

· Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.

· Assist in enquiries from external auditors for interim and statutory audits.

· Work with auditor, tax agent and corporate secretary for regulatory compliances.

· Report to Manager on budgeting, cashflow planning.

· To compile quarterly GST reconciliation for submission.

· Participate in annual stock count and reconciliation.

· Maintain good documentation and filing system.

· Ensure compliance with existing internal controls including external/internal audit requirements.

· Participate in internal audit.

· Perform ad-hoc task as assigned.

Requirements:

· Candidates should possess at least a CAT/ACCA Level 2 and or diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.

· Candidates should have at least 2 years of working experience

· Proficient in MS Excel

· Meticulous with an eye for a detail.

· Able to work independently and effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.

· Attention to detail and able to multitask.

· Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Both the Senior and Mid-level UX UI Designers play critical hands-on roles and are responsible not only for the user experience behind our digital solutions but also for contributing to the strategic thinking and processes that underpin them. Given the long-term commitment our projects or products require with clients, Designers are frequently tasked with leading specific parts of a work stream.

This necessitates the Senior UX UI Designer to possess fundamental skills to manage both themselves and their projects effectively — leading others and delivering compelling work from inception to completion throughout the process.

The Mid-level Designer should manage their projects effectively while adhering to the strategic direction from project leads.

Moreover, excellent interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with our clientele for both roles.

Additionally, the Senior UX UI Designer should be able to frequently travel to meet with key stakeholders, facilitate work sessions, establish rapport with internal client organization team members and technology team.

The Mid-level Designer should also be able to travel to facilitate work sessions and establish rapport with internal client organization team members and technology team.

Both roles ensure design standards remain consistently high, including a focus on delivering a good user experience across the digital ecosystem.

1. Responsibilities

1.1. User Research and Analysis:

1.1.1 Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.

1.1.2. Analyze data and insights to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.

1.2.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align design solutions with business goals.

1.2. UX/UI Design:

1.2.1Create user-centered design solutions that prioritize usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.

1.2.2. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.

1.2.3. Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder input.

1.2.4. Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital platforms and products.

1.3 Interaction Design and Prototyping:

1.3.1. Design intuitive and interactive interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

1.3.2. Develop interactive prototypes using tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

1.3.3. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and user interactions.

1.4. Usability Testing and Optimization:

1.4.1. Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate design effectiveness.

1.4.2. Analyze usability test results and identify areas for improvement.

1.4.3. Optimize designs based on usability findings, user feedback, and industry best practices.

1.4.4 Create Design System and Documentation and design assets to support development teams.

1.4.5. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system for consistent design elements and patterns.

1.5. Strategic Design Thinking:

1.5.1. Apply creative problem-solving techniques to develop innovative design solutions.

1.5.2. Lead and ensure that design solutions align with the overall business goals and strategies.

1.5.3. Use storytelling techniques to communicate the design vision and user journeys.
