• Based at bank branch and encourage/guide customers to use online banking
• Migrate/ guide customers to perform transactions over SSTs/IB
• SMM functions (including but not limited to crowd control, ensure safe-entry and any other SMM that may be required from time to time)
• Assist customers with general product enquiries and form filling
• Administrative duties of filing, scanning of documents, document checking etc.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and simplify the IT helpdesk processes to be more seamless and digitalized.
• Assist in designing and enhancing the current UIUX software applications and digital systems.
• Identify the current manual tasks and eliminate redundancy by introducing digitalization such as software design and development.
• Support data analysis efforts to derive insights and optimize IT processes.
• Collaborate with team members to develop new prototypes and test new features.
• Participate in meetings to discuss project progress and share ideas.
• Provide hybrid technical support to the users for basic issues.
• Help maintain existing documentation related to project specifications and processes related to ITSM.
• Conduct Research on emerging technologies and industry trends to inform projects.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in any relevant fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
