We are currently seeking a Deputy Director of Residential Life - Dover Campus. The Deputy Director of Residential Life (Campus) oversees operational and pastoral matters for the campus boarding community, reporting to the Director of Residential Life (College) and Head of Campus on each campus. They will maintain and enhance our strong and supportive residential culture of 190 students (Dover) from grades 8 to 12, leading a campus team of residential houseparents, non-residential assistant houseparents and boarding support staff. • Lead creative agencies to develop communication ideas and execute TV copy production designed/customized for the cultural nuances of Japanese consumers
• Communicate with Japanese local partners, stakeholders and suppliers to drive P&G business initiatives
• Drive Overall Brand Strategy, Brand Equity and Architecture
• Deliver Annual Marketing Plans
• Drive Innovation Master plan and toolkit development
• Lead Packaging development
• Leads the initiative master plan, develops strategies required to deliver brand growth
• Lead the Integrated Brand Plan and its execution
• Responsible for the P&L investment decisions to maximize profitability
• Ensure plans are designed to win with key customers / channels.

QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA or Degree qualified with a relevant major (Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication)
• Strong regional brand building track record with Brand Design Role (brand franchise or regional design) experience for at least 5 years
• At least 4 years' experience in the Fast-moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
• Proven strong critical thinking and experience on Brand Strategy, Equity and Architecture
• Excellent forward-thinking, strategic and courageous leadership skills
• You are business proficient in the Japanese language and possess strong market knowledge of Japan as the role requires local consumer understanding to develop brand equity and marketing strategies for Japan Market

Key Accountabilities:

• Spearhead employer's global public relations team, ensuring seamless operations and fostering continuous growth across diverse regions.
• Cultivate and strengthen employer's media partnerships worldwide, establishing enduring relationships built on trust and mutual benefit with key media stakeholders in Southeast Asia, Latin America, Europe, and beyond.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for employer, uncovering captivating narratives and amplifying brand awareness and recognition through innovative B2B and B2C initiatives.
• Oversee content promotion, press releases, and other strategic efforts for multiple game products at various stages, driving the success of game publishing endeavors.
• Lead or participate in employer's corporate social responsibility (CSR) and government relations (GR) initiatives across multiple regions, nurturing long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, with at least 3 years of team management experience and a proven track record of leading multinational teams.
• In-depth knowledge of the gaming industry and esports landscape, with priority given to candidates with relevant experience in internet or gaming companies.
• Expertise in media relations management, employer brand development, crisis management, and other PR functions, with preference for candidates who have independently managed a company's PR function.
• Experience in government relations and corporate social responsibility is a plus.
• Open to learning, embracing new challenges, and adapting to changing environments.
