Requirements:

• Diploma and above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
• At least 15 to 20 years of experience in management roles.
• Familiar with industrial machinery, equipments etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and good organization skills.
• Analytical, able to work independently, results-oriented, resourceful, and pro-active.
• Have a strong sense of responsibility, enterprising spirit and good professional quality.
• Bilingual with proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients.

The Role:

• Strategic - work with senior management to design and deliver the strategic business plan, including revenue and profit growth, customer strategy and business mix

• Market Study - assume macro-level account management responsibilities for key accounts and perform micro-level personal business development as necessary. Coordinate with partner companies to maintain, create and develop client relationships and be able to "ongoing into potential market'

Experience and Qualifications:

• Regular higher education in any field; or relevant

• At least 8 years working experience related with AI industry

• More than 8 years of originating, analyzing, and managing opportunities in various stages from early,

• Deep knowledge in digital payment and AI industry operation

• Supervising, mentoring and managing a small group of managers
• Maintaining relationships with clients, partners and other stakeholders
• Managing the profits and losses of the organization or a specific division
• Developing goals and initiatives to direct the company’s course
• Guiding managers on implementing company initiatives and policies
• Evaluating company processes and procedures to solve issues within them
• Ensuring business operations are implemented based on established procedures
• Maintaining regulatory records and paperwork

• Determine the management plans, policies and business objectives related to the management of the Company and responsible for the implementation and achievement of results.
• Establish company goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term.
• Provide leadership, source and execute investment opportunities to increase investment portfolio.
• Lead due diligence, direct transaction team and coordinate transaction execution and closing.
• Monitoring and assuring data integrity and performance return accuracy for clients and partners.
• Establish and improve the Company's organizational and work system. Responsible for creating an efficient organizational team and building good communication channels.
• Coordinate the sales, market development, research and development as well as product operations in the Company.
• Coordinate the relevant internal/external work relationships, maintain and enhance the Company's brand image and reputation.
• Ensure that the company continues to make profits and grow investors’ wealth.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in any field.
• At least 10-15 years’ experience in Management roles.
• Good knowledge of the relevant policies, regulations and industry service specifications and management standards.
• Familiar with the work processes of each stage of management, quality management system as well as import/export processes.
• Basic financial management and cost control knowledge.
• Good communication, coordination, organization and overall management skills, adhering to the customer-first and quality service management.
• Have a positive working mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Have strong sense of service, good-thinking and essential leadership insights.
