Responsibilities

• Enhance and simplify the IT helpdesk processes to be more seamless and digitalized.
• Assist in designing and enhancing the current UIUX software applications and digital systems.
• Identify the current manual tasks and eliminate redundancy by introducing digitalization such as software design and development.
• Support data analysis efforts to derive insights and optimize IT processes.
• Collaborate with team members to develop new prototypes and test new features.
• Participate in meetings to discuss project progress and share ideas.
• Provide hybrid technical support to the users for basic issues.
