[What you will be working on]

You will be reporting to the Team Lead, Workplace Innovation Team. In this role, you will be part of the team to identify and drive initiatives that align with SportSG’s workplace transformation strategy. This may involve work in the areas of process innovation, change management, organisational development and culture building.

In this role, you will,

• Identify areas of alignment and misalignment between an organisation’s strategies and its current and desired culture

• Manage internal communications to drive engagement and support organization transformation changes.

• Identify process improvement opportunities that align with SportSG’s Transformation approach.  Lead key process improvement projects, as identified in TO’s workplan,

• Design a plan to effectively support the acceptance and adoption of medium-scale change and transitions.

• Lead analysis to identify patterns in data, explore correlations, transformation of data to derive insights and recommendations.

[What you will be working on]

Responsibilities

You will be part of the team to oversee finance operations through a combination of internal and outsourcing arrangement to monitor collection of debts, administer payments and capitalisation of fixed asset so as to ensure compliance with financial regulations and timeliness of billings and payment.

In this role, You will,

• Oversee administration of billings and payments to ensure timely invoicing and payment.
• Manage the administration of fixed assets which includes annual asset check exercise
• Contribute towards continuous improvement of revenue generating and financial systems, policies and processes
• Assess and provide inputs to facilitate improvements in business processes, operations and systems while taking into consideration financial implications for new initiatives/projects/programmes

[What you will be working on]

Responsibilities

You will be reporting to the Team lead, Character Leadership and Development. You will design, deliver and refine curriculum (often as pilot versions), manage the outsourcing to partner organisations of curriculum delivery and thereafter monitor quality, and conduct research of international quality in the domain of character and leadership development (CLD) to ensure that both coaches and organisational leaders in sport have access to quality development programmes.

You may also work with SportsG Colleagues from Human Capital (Learning & Development) and ActiveSG Training Centre to design and deliver relevant leadership development programmes for SportSG staff.

In this role, you will,

• Design, deliver, manage, evaluate and review existing/new Character and Leadership Development curriculum that CoachSG/Singapore Sport Institute will offer. 

• Conduct research and innovation in relevant fields or support your HOD in the department's research projects.

• Mentor interns, coaches or leaders that are attached to the academy and guide them in their research, coaching or leadership practise in CLD.

• Collaborate with CoachSG colleagues from the Coaching Development team to ensure an integrated approach to coach development

• Demonstrated experience in developing and evaluating programmes and curriculum
• Proven ability to foster collaborative efforts by building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication (including written communication) skills. 
• Ability to moderate panel discussions and/or sharing by experts would be a bonus.
