Job Description

• Attend to customers' requests for servicing requests, breakdowns, and accidents through various channels, in a timely manner.
• Communicate with customers to establish the service or repair needs for their vehicles.
• Follow-up with the workshop on pending jobs to ensure adherence to completion timelines, and keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles.
• Provide accurate and valid information with appropriate solutions and alternatives to handle customers' requirements and complaints.
• Collection/returning vehicle to the customer after servicing/repair.
• Upkeeping of company's fleet of vehicles.
• Assist with Ad-Hoc jobs as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Valid Class 3 license and 2 years of driving experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic automotive knowledge preferred.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
• Singaporean Only.

Job Description

· Monitor and communicate with 3rd party logistics company to ensure daily delivery operations are achieved.

· Ensuring the team undertakes all tasks efficiently and effectively

· Ensure warehouse operations meet health and safety standards, as well as security requirements.

· Oversee warehouse operations by ensuring proper movement and storage of goods. -Ensure efficient receipt of goods from arriving container, while meeting quality and quantity requirements

· Ensure optimal utilization of space in the warehouse.

· Implement 5 ‘S’ housekeeping and tidiness of the warehouse.

· Handle with Goods returned due to expiry date and quality issue.

· Manage stocktake, inventory cycle count and inventory turnover control.

· Pick goods or stuffing& unstuffing

Detailed Responsibilities

· Assist the manager in daily operation

· Assign duties and personally participate in loading & unloading

. Delivery goods if necessary.

· Rearrange stocks

· Prepare next day's delivery schedule and route

Requirements

• Minimum secondary 4 education/GCE 'N' level qualification or equivalent
• Valid forklift license above 5m/ton
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license and those with class 4 driving license will have the preference
• Physical fit to handle an average weight of 20kg - 30kg
• Prepare to work in a cold temp fast pace environment of -18℃
• Handling of NON-HALAL products

Working Days and Hours

Working Week:

5.5 days/week 44 hours work week

Mon - Fri 08:00 am to 05:00 pm

Lunch Break: 1 hours (subject to exigencies of operations)

Sat: 08:00 am to 12:00 pm

Job Description:

• Plan & Organise to ensure daily Warehouse operations
• Deliver goods to customer
• Supervise the receiving, picking, packing or supporting team to perform day-to-day operations
• Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse and integrity of stock inventory
• Ensure all goods in the warehouse are properly handled
• Enforce compliance to the warehouse procedures and safety
• Perform regular cycle count and annual stock-take
• Ensure all warehousing transactions are updated into the system accurately
• Manage ad-hoc projects related to the warehouse

Requirements:

• Min 2 years warehouse operations experience
• Class 3 Singapore License
• Working knowledge of SAP and WMS systems
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Ensure documents and cargo dimensions tally as per job order.
• Carry out cargo / road survey and ensure information is feedback to office without delay.

• Assist in field operations e.g. lifting operations, loading / unloading, stuffing/unstuffing, cargo lashing / choking.

• Carry out basic maintenance to the fleet of vehicles (e.g., check vehicle for safe utilization; assist with regular vehicle inspections and arranging maintenance where required; refuel vehicles and ensure they’re always ready for use)
• Take on additional duties when required to do so

Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
• Clean driving record for at least two years with relevant experience in chauffeuring senior management
