Job Scope

• Work with chefs for efficient provisioning and purchasing of supplies.

• Estimate food and beverage costs.

• To lead the team on each shift and ensure the company service standards are upheld.

• Operational Oversight: Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff performance, guest experience, and service quality.

• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial performance to ensure profitability.

• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure guests have an outstanding dining experience; resolve any complaints promptly.

• Staffing & Training: Hire, train, and schedule employees, and provide ongoing development and support.

• Maintain Standards: Ensure the restaurant adheres to quality standards in food, service, cleanliness, and safety.

• Inventory & Supplies: Oversee inventory management and ensure timely ordering of supplies, food, and beverages.

• Marketing & Promotions: Plan and execute marketing activities to increase business and drive customer traffic.

• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and legal regulations, including fire and food safety.

• Collaboration: Work with other departments to achieve overall business goals.

• Reporting: Provide regular reports on restaurant performance, including financials, staffing, and guest satisfaction to Company Director

Beauty Advisor Responsibilities:

• Consulting with clients to determine their skin type, skincare concerns, and style preferences.
• Recommending products that fit the client's needs, preferences, and budget, and plaining how the products work.
• Responding to customer questions and complaints.
• Making sales, processing returns, and maintaining a balanced cash register.
• Planning and taking part in store events.
• Designing and maintaining attractive displays and managing inventory.
• Handling administrative and clerical duties, such as ordering stock and maintaining customer relationships through follow-up calls and mails.
• Hand on service to customers , facial , Body therapy with or with equipment like : MIR , CPL , Oxygen equipment and other all equipment in outlet.

Beauty Advisor Requirements:

• Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, skincare products, and cosmetics.
• A passion for the beauty industry.
• Experience in sales, retail, or related field may be preferred.
• Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• A friendly personality and professional appearance.

• To lead and manage the transformation initiatives to drive organizational change and improve performance
• To assist senior management in transforming the office through the use of appropriate technology and systems
• To work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for transformation, develop strategic plans, and oversee the implementation of change initiatives. For example, map out departmental workflow and processes, and identify potential areas for streamlining and automation to effect efficiency gains and to enable effective corporate planning
• To work with internal stakeholders to evaluate and recommend suitable solutions
• To build and develop a team to drive the conceptualising, evaluating and implementation of such solutions
• To manage the whole process from both the technical side and also the human perspective,including resistance to change
• To innovate, provide and implement ideas for continuous improvement
• To develop technical end-user documentation and training for staff
• To develop and implement appropriate training to staff who provide direct support todepartments
• To manage timeline and budget for projects

Education / Experience:

• Degree in IT or equivalent
• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in digital transformation and people management is preferred

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the business strategy and roadmap for your respective strategic domain.
• Project Execution: Collaborate with project managers to ensure project/product deliverables are on track, providing support where needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Presales, Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance.
• Recruitment & Retention: Participate in hiring process to build a high-performing engineering team and focus on the retention and development of existing team members.
• Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create development plans for engineers.

Requirements

Education / Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
• Have at least 6 years of relevant working experience.

Requirements

• Proficiency in software development practices and frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
