• Oversee and manage updates to the relevant fundraising webpages, to maximize the effectiveness of online fundraising methods, including but not limited to the SSO’s website, SSO’s giving.sg site, Benevity and other platforms.
• Oversee and manage the segmentation of donors according to campaign types to ensure targeted messaging.

RESEARCH

• Perform basic donor research on prospective and new donors to create donor dossiers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or degree holder.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in non-profit fundraising campaigns, communications, or related fields, with a proven track record in project management. Experience in the arts is an advantage.
• Strong communication (written & spoken) and proficiency in MS Office; fluency in other widely used languages is an advantage.
