Responsibilities:

• Support Project Manager in project management for industrial park and industrial asset developments in the South-east Asian Region to ensure works are completed within budget, on schedule and of good quality

• At least 3 to 5 -years experience in marketing, engineering, or a related field.

Job Scope

1. Working together with sales team to maintain or excel (but not constrainted to) a minimum monthly sales target of S$100,000. (As a good guide for fluctuating monthly sales, the figure may be calculated base on a three month average).

2. To help in the servicing of customers in terms of conceptualizing of machine processes, writing up of proposals and quotations.

3. Help PM (Project Manager) in the planning of capacity to ensure timeline is being met. This is done with the help of a Master Project Schedule.

4. Coordinate with internal and external designers on the customer requirements to ensure customer needs are met.

5. Project monitoring to ensure timely delivery of goods.

6. To be involved in the process of new business development in new areas of industries.

7. Involved in public relations taking care of overseas partners and customers.

Salary: Basic ($4500-$6500) + Sales commission

Requirements

1. With at least 3 years experience in Manufacturing Automation Machines. Knowledge in CAD software and common Miscrosoft software is required.

2. Educational qualifications: Diploma (or higher) in any discipline. Those with related experience may apply.

3. Self-motivated, objective driven. Multi-skill and multi-tasking required. Independent, self-initiative and creative.

4. Good interpersonal communication skills required.

5. Able to work well with others in terms of commitment, interests and adopting positive attitude.

6. Frequent traveling may be required.

7. Class 3 driving license added advantage.

8. Willingness and flexibility are added good pre-requisites.

9. Preferably to possess own vehicle (car allowances provided).

• Drive product development in the company working through the capability centres in the business units.
• Lead product road mapping, technology exploration, and solutions development across the business units working with business development.
• Govern company R&D policy and procedures consisting of the following.
• Earmarking of company R&D funds to achieve company productization strategy.
• Organise R&D Steering Committee Meetings to approve new projects and review progress of approved projects.
• Track progress of R&D projects led by business units to ensure outcomes are met.
• Submit eligible R&D expenditures for tax relief.
• Guide the business units’ Head of Technology in the delivery on their workplans.
• Promote culture of innovation and digitalisation
• Organise the company’s participation in innovation awards.
• Lead the development of the Engineering Competency Framework for the company to sustain and build new capabilities in the company.
